Reconciliation in Rithum will not align to Poshmark earnings payouts, largely due to shipping pass-through differences. Rithum only registers the shipping amount that buyers pay in their system. In some cases, buyers may pay $0 for shipping, but Poshmark may still pay sellers a shipping pass-through (e.g., as a result of Poshmark promotions). You will be able to see these shipping pass-throughs in your Poshmark redeemable balance.
We recommend sellers to conduct all redemption reconciliation directly within the Poshmark platform using the sales report, in order to have a clear breakdown of earnings history.
