Buyers are asking me to facilitate transactions off-platform (e.g., via email). What should I do?

For your protection, we ask that you do not conduct any communications or transactions off of the Poshmark platform.  Many of these buyer comments, particularly if they arise on your newly created listings, are the result of bots and should be ignored entirely.  Our system usually can catch these instances within 1-2 days and will delete them off of your closet automatically.
