Offer Automation settings can only be set at the listing level (not SKU-level).
Fields for turning on Offer Automation are as follows.
Offer to Liker Discount
Offer to Liker Shipping Discount
Price Floor
Accepted values for each field can be found in the tutorial video above.
Offer to Likers must start at 10% and may include a Shipping Discount. We advise sellers - if they plan to use Offer to Likers - to set their Price Floor input at least a few percentage points lower (e.g., 15% or 20% off listing price), in order to allow the buyer to feel as though they were able to negotiate slightly after receiving the Offer to Liker.
