Offer Automation is an exclusive tool for large volume Poshmark sellers, which helps to automate Offer to Likers and Buyer Offer Negotiations, based on a series of pre-set inputs denoted at the time of product creation / edit.
Offer to Likers: This feature automatically sends a private push notification offer to all buyers after they "like" a listing. This discount must be at least 10% off listing price and can include a shipping discount (three options: $5.95, $4.99, or free shipping).
Price Floor: This feature allows you to automatically respond to buyer offers. For buyer offers above your price floor, the system will automatically accept those offers. For buyer offers below your price floor, the system will automatically counter with a 3-step tiered negotiation (starting from Listing Price / OTL) down to your price floor until the buyer accepts or declines the offer. This tiered strategy allows for better margin protection and a better buyer negotiation experience.

Offer to Liker: 10% and $5.95 shipping
Price Floor: 40%
Buyer Likes Item
Seller Sends Automated Offer to Liker for $90 and $5.95 Shipping
Buyer Counters: $55
Auto Seller Counter 1: $80
Buyer Counters: $56
Auto Seller Counter 2: $70
Buyer Counters: $59
Auto Seller Counter 3: $60
Continued auto-counter will occur at $60 until the buyer accepts or declines the offer. All offers have a 24 hour expiration period.
Because this is currently a tool limited to only large-volume enterprise sellers, we ask that you do not disclose to buyers that the negotiation is automated.
