Poshmark only allows for buyers to return items if their case for an Item Not as Described is approved by our Core Support Team. This means the buyer had to show photographic proof that the item they received was not accurately represented by the Poshmark listing.
Once a case is approved, Poshmark will issue a postage label (free of charge to the seller) to the buyer, asking them to return the item to the seller. The return address on this label is automatically generated with the address on your account - most sellers will denote a warehouse to easily facilitate the receipt and return. Please note at the moment that we are only able to accept U.S. based return addresses at the moment.
We require this information before any seller is allowed to generate an order on Poshmark. You can add / edit this address anytime here: https://poshmark.com/user/my-address-book.
