My shipped orders aren't turning to Shipped state in Poshmark - what is happening?

Last updated on 21 Oct, 2025

When this occurs, it is usually the result of a carrier mapping or tracking number issue.

Please ensure that the shipping tracking numbers being sent to Poshmark are correct.  Please also check that your carrier codes and service codes are mapped accordingly in your 3PL integration partner (e.g., DSCO / Rithum).  You can find details on mapping HERE.

Correct shipment carrier / tracking information must be added successfully to Poshmark orders within 7 days of order placement - if there is no update after 7 days, buyers have the ability to cancel their orders on the platform for Delayed Shipment reasons.

Tracking information that is added after 7 days will not receive tracking updates nor delivery notifications in the Poshmark system, and will cause packages not to be marked as delivered, which may cause a loss of revenue for the seller.
